CSR Project in collaborate with Telekom Malaysia

As the outbreak of COVID-19, a lot of businesses, big companies are having financial difficulties to sustain their operations. 

​

However, my team and I have conducted a interview session with the Vice President for Group and Brand communication at Telekom Malaysia, Cik Izlyn Ramli.

​

During the discussion, we were focusing on how CSR contributed to society, how the businesses serve the nation before, during, and after the pandemic.

After the declaration of the government of Malaysia, citizens were forced to stay at home in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

​

Throughout the lock-down, many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) were having issues of cash flow. The liquidity of cash  in their business account is low which caused them to downsizing the operations.

​

My team and I then provided a solution to the current issues. We aimed to make use of online platform in order to revolutionize the business operating model of SMEs. This provided conveniences to both ends (consumers end and firms).

BookDoc Social Media Engagement by Alpha

Media marketing or online marketing can be the best promoting tool in the Industry Revolution 4.0 (IR). BookDoc as a medical service consultant aggregator requires a lot of brand awareness in its business cycle.

My team and I (first from left) have provided solutions to BookDoc on how to stay connected with their customers across social media, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter respectively.

​

We also aimed to spread the importance of having a healthy lifestyle throughout the project with BookDoc.
